We understand that box condition is vital for collectors. Every item is wrapped in premium bubble wrap and shipped in a heavy-duty corrugated box to ensure it arrives in mint condition.

What is your return policy for opened items?
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, a 15% restocking fee may apply as we reserve the stock specifically for your order.
